Maintenance and Servicing
It doesn’t matter if the water treatment equipment is brand new or 30 years+, routine servicing and maintenance is a very important part of keeping a water supply up and running efficiently, reliably and effectively.
Just to give an actual example of this; the picture above shows the inlet and outlet ports of two different iron reduction systems, one of which is very new, the other being very old. Both systems have been regularly serviced and maintained throughout their serviceable life. The orange buildup on the inlet port of each vessel is sediment iron, each outlet port showing very little buildup, undeniable proof that both of these iron reduction systems are working well to reduce the amount of iron in the drinking water, despite the age difference. This demonstrates the effect regular maintenance & servicing has had and will have on the longevity and effectiveness of these iron reduction systems.
